This Billing & Subscription Policy explains how BillBeam handles free and paid plans across its website, mobile application, and related services.
BillBeam may offer a free plan and one or more paid plans. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time and will be presented on the applicable pricing page.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including Stripe. By completing a payment, you may also become subject to the terms and policies of the applicable provider.
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges consistent with the selected plan until the subscription is cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will prevent future charges but will not automatically reverse charges already processed.
Where applicable, access to paid features may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Unless required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
BillBeam may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, for example in situations involving duplicate charges, clear technical errors, or exceptional circumstances. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
BillBeam may update pricing, limits, or plan features. Where appropriate, material changes will be communicated before they take effect for a new billing period.
If a charge fails, BillBeam or its payment provider may retry the charge according to the applicable payment system settings or rules.
BillBeam may temporarily suspend or limit access to paid features if the applicable charge cannot be completed.
Prices may be displayed before or after taxes depending on the jurisdiction and applicable configuration. Where required, applicable taxes may be added to the charge.
