When you save an invoice, BillBeam can generate a secure public link for your client. From that link, they can view a modern invoice summary, review payment history, and download the PDF.
The link is meant to be shared by email or messaging. Avoid posting it on fully public pages if it contains sensitive information.
In a corner of the app you will see a chat button. From there you can ask questions about your invoices, suggested wording, follow-up reminders, and more. The assistant uses the context of the page you are on to provide more useful answers.
If something is not working as expected, or you need help with a specific case, include a clear description of the problem, which browser you are using, and screenshots if possible.
